See, correct or delete your data

Tell us what you would like and how to reach you. A person finds what we hold and answers you, we do not delete anything on a form alone, because we first have to be sure it is yours.

Who answers

If you spoke to a business’s assistant (on its website, WhatsApp or by phone), that business decides what it keeps and Tiruvi holds it for it. Say which business in the box above; we will pass your request to it and tell you we did. For anything we hold for ourselves, this website, its assistant, demo requests, accounts, we answer.

With a Corva login you need no form to delete it: open the app, your picture at the top right, then Your account, then Delete my login.

You get an email with a reference straight away, and an answer within 30 days. Some records must be kept for tax or accounting; if so, we will say which and for how long. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and why. This desk answers for Orbo too.

You can also withdraw a consent you gave, name someone to act for you if you cannot (because of death or incapacity), or complain about how your data was handled. Questions go to the form above. If you are not satisfied with our answer to a complaint, you may take it to the Data Protection Board of India.
